If you look at what questions your users have on social media channels, then you probably wrote it down in 30 seconds and can answer the questions while someone else who is dealing with your company and doesn't know your products, you have to read for two hours. Two hours is probably an exaggeration, you know what I mean. Basically, doing anything at all is better than doing nothing at all. Make sure you publish authentic content instead of just doing nothing. Because if you don't do anything, of course nothing can happen. There's nothing wrong with that at all.
It's better to take a photo with your smartphone than not post any pictures at all. See that you somehow try to interact with the community rather than somehow being silent. And then they talk about you and then you can't influence what they say about you. Just try it. Posting Special Data something is better than posting nothing at all. But be careful: There are also a few things that you shouldn't post, I'll tell you about them in my other video. If you only have a limited budget, think about what do you want to spend it on? So take a look and see how you want to plan your budget.

Of course, you should also take into account the time you invest. And of course then the actual money, i.e. how much does it cost me to do it myself or to hire other people to do it. Or how much do I need for the ads. In your budget planning you should take into account the content creation, i.e. the content itself, the advertising costs, then the personnel costs or the agency costs, depending on whether you want to outsource it. Then costs for tools, for example for community management or analysis. But also other costs, for example for legal advice, because GDPR ole, ole, or costs for collaborations, something like influencers. That’s it from me on social media on a budget. Feel free to write me in the comments.
